The goal of this project was to design a new 20,000 SF office building adjacent to the the Doctor’s existing offices. Due to the proximity a major roadway, the client requested a three-story building to increase visibility.
The building program consisted of a daycare on the ground floor along with future tenant space, services related to the vision practice, including therapy, on the second floor, and the vision practice including offices and exam rooms on the third floor.
